Just sold 2 vehicles to Frontier Motors. We had a couple of extreme low ball offers from other, major dealerships in the area and were sick of trying to sell ourselves. Frontier was the only dealer to make us reasonable offers on both vehicles and the transactions were quick and easy. I haven't bought from them yet but you can bet they'll be my first stop next time I'm in the market!

I want to give 5 starts and a huge shout out to Calvin Barnes and Frontier Motors for taking such good care of me during the purchase of my new, used car. The no-pressure experience was effortless and seamless. Calvin was knowledgeable, patient, and very easy to work with. I had an issue with a minor spot on the front seat, and they went to great lengths to fix it so that's it's literally undetectable - which is exactly what they promised they would do - how often does that happen? At the end I was presented with the most delicious, home-made apple strudel - a Frontier Motors family and business tradition - absolutely delicious. Thank you Frontier Motors for providing such a great experience - I'll be back!

I have purchased 5+ personal and company vehicles from Frontier and it has always been a positive experience, whether I know exactly what I want and they FIND the vehicle for me, or they patiently let me drive any car on the lot until I decide what to buy. Every sales manager or rep I have worked with has done an outstanding job. I've always received a fair price for my trade and a deal on the purchase price.

Just moved to the Pensacola area a couple of months ago. I stumbled upon this dealership while searching for reputable automobile dealerships on Reddit. The greater portion of the comments were positive, so I decided to take a drive and see the lot. I was a little hesitant because it's an independent - but boy was I surprised. I was greeted by Jason, it was pouring down rain. Jason had an umbrella in hand to keep me dry as I exited my car. Super friendly guy. After inquiring as to what I was looking for, Jason drove me around the lot in a golf cart to scan the cars in the lot to see if anything caught my eye. First thing I noticed was the cars were all fairly new models and appeared to be in very good condition. I selected 4 SUVs (A Lincoln Aviator, Genesis GV70, Cadillac XT6 and a BMW X5) to take a closer look at. Jason brought each car to the front entrance and gave me an overview of each vehicle before I test drove them. All the vehicles were low mile, clean and in excellent condition. The test drive route encompassed city roads and highways, so I could get a feel of the performance and handling. At no point did I feel any pressure to select a vehicle and commit to purchasing it. We discussed my likes and dislikes in the office area, and Jason introduced me to the sales manager Monroe. Monroe was just as friendly as Jason. I explained that I had to leave (as I didn't expect to be at the dealership as long as I was - but it was well worth it) and would sleep on a decision. I was assured there was zero pressure on me to make a decision either way, which was pretty refreshing. Overnight I did some research on the cars I drove and narrowed it down to two. Jason and Monroe created worksheets for the two vehicles I was considering - which showed me line by line my out the door price. They even negotiate (Which is a rarity post covid). Long story short - I decided on a vehicle and purchased it. The Finance Manager Brian was just as friendly as Jason and Monroe. Brian worked up the final paperwork and assured I understood each number...DEAL DONE. Bottom line: I cannot recommend Frontier Motors enough. The cars are fresh and clean and newer models, nothing was overpriced in my opinion. There is a wide selection that will fulfill varying tastes and financial needs. Every member of the staff I encountered was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The facility was clean. I was super impressed. Probably one of the best buying experiences in my lifetime (and I am 61 years old). This review is completely legit. I was not paid or promised anything. I just felt compelled to share my fantastic experience at this gem!! I'm ecstatic. Take a look for yourself. PS: the Apple Strudel is EXCEPTIONAL!!!

This dealership is fantastic. You can tell the moment you drive on to the lot that they take pride in the cars/models they sell. All the cars are very clean and they are constantly cleaning them! Ron was great--very non-pushy salesman. Let us look around the lot and even gave us up front pricing sheet. Not often you come across a lot like this.

The team at Frontier Motors is absolutely, incredibly, EXCEPTIONAL!! During my friend’s recent endeavor to find a car after being without one for over a year, Frontier Motors was amazingly engaged & committed to helping her find the car that met her needs and budget. Frontier Motors had been recommended implicitly and without hesitation by Mike at Evans Auto repair (who does all of my auto work) but I was still extremely impressed by Frontier Motors when I observed firsthand their customer service. Ron Robinson (sales) was incredibly attentive, listening to my friend to ensure he offered the most suitable car from among the many models available directly on the lot. He happily then drove each one up to the front door for her inspection. There was no need to go elsewhere, as my friend made her choice there. After this, Ron introduced her to the rest of the Frontier team, to include Brian Merritt (finance manager) who was able to secure financing as well as complete the mounds of paperwork (to include taking care of the tag and title).Todd Gordon (General Manager) also ensured that my friend received premium customer service. The entire process was without pressure, without drama, considerate, transparent, and a supremely positive experience!! They even sent the customer home with an Apple Strudel dessert, a signature of the Frontier Motors family!! Then today, Frontier Motors went “well above-and-beyond” when, after having the car approximately 6 weeks, my friend was required to take her car to the Kia dealership for 2 factory recalls. The Kia dealership took advantage of her and told her that her car now needed new brake pads (car had only 81k miles and 1 former owner). My friend was distraught at needing to pay nearly $600 to the Kia Dealership to replace pads (that probably could have gone at least another 1000 miles!!). She then came to Frontier to relay her distress. Immediately, Frontier Motors cut her a check on the spot for amount of brake pad repair!!! Incredible customer service and care!!! I am superbly impressed with Frontier Motors. Thank all of you at Frontier Motors on behalf of Evelyn B !
